Grant Parish Public Schools provides reasonable accommodations for individuals who need assistance participating in public meetings of the Grant Parish School Board.
Use this form to request an accommodation for an upcoming public board meeting or for communication related to board participation. Please describe the accommodation you need so district staff can review the request and contact you about appropriate arrangements.

Requests should be submitted as early as possible, preferably at least ten (10) days before the meeting. Grant Parish Public Schools will make reasonable efforts to respond to requests submitted after that time.

A member of district staff will review your request and contact you to discuss your needs. Submitting this form helps the district plan appropriate accommodations, but you may also call the district office if the meeting date is approaching or if you need help using the form.
