Grant Parish School Board

About Us

The Grant Parish Public School System is dedicated to providing a quality education for every student in the parish. We are governed by a dedicated eight-member Board, and led by our visionary Superintendent, Dr. Erin Stokes.

Our Story

Grant Parish is named for Ulysses S. Grant, General-in-Chief of the Union Army during the Civil War and 18th President of the United States. Our parish has a rich history of education, and we are committed to carrying on that tradition.
