Student Hardship Transfer Request

Please use this form to request a hardship transfer for your student to attend a school other than the one they are zoned for in Grant Parish School Board. Complete one form per student and answer all questions as accurately as possible. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval; all requests are reviewed according to district policy and eligibility requirements. If you have questions about this form or the hardship transfer process, please contact the Grant Parish School Board central office.
