**PUBLIC NOTICE**
Anyone wishing to address the Grant Parish School Board must adhere to the following policy:
AGENDA Items of business may be suggested by Grant Parish School Board members, administrators, or patrons of the district for inclusion on the agenda. Business items suggested by patrons of the district shall be submitted in writing and received in the office of the Superintendent of Schools at least ten (10) days before the meeting to ensure inclusion on the written agenda.
Items of business may not be suggested from the floor for discussion or action at the same meeting except at the discretion of the majority of the Board members present.

Grant Parish School Board
All public records request shall be made in writing to Superintendent Paxton Teddlie at P. O. Box 208, Colfax, LA, 71417. The approved request will be assessed a $20.00 fee for a certified copy plus an additional fee of $.25 per page for photocopies, electronic files, CD-ROMs, or USB Drives.
The Grant Parish School System periodically receives Public Records Requests for information regarding our employees such as their home addresses and home telephone numbers. Unless an employee indicates that he or she wishes for us to release such information, we will not provide it.
