  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in general building maintenance, with a preference for knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Physical stamina to perform the tasks required of this role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:

  • Based on craftsman salary scale
  • 12 month position
